Question: How much does it cost to notarize a document?Answer: We charge $10 each time the Notary needs to sign.
Question: Do you take walk-ins?Answer: We urge potential customers to book an appointment as we are in and out of the office all day. However, if you walk-in and there is a Notary available, we will happily assist you.
Question: Do you take credit cards?Answer: Yes! We prefer credit/debit cards or contactless payments using Samsung Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay. We take cash provided you have the exact amount as we DO NOT keep cash on hand.

Notary Services

Our Agents notarize documents through acknowledgement, signature witnessing and oath/affirmation. We affix missing certificates, apply embossed seals and can also add gold/silver foil seals. We provide notary services in-office, remotely and online.

The most common documents are deeds, wills, trusts and estate planning, agreements, personal letters, travel forms, business contracts and school forms.

True Copy Services

The customer provides an original document and our Notaries make a copy of the original document, then certify the copy to be a TRUE and EXACT copy of the original document.

This service is typically provided to customers that need to renew foreign passports or conduct other types of business outside the U.S.

Form I-9 Verification

Our Notaries act as an Authorized Representative on behalf of an employer to examine and verify acceptable documents to complete section 2 of USCIS Form I-9. The employee must be physically present regardless of the type of verification.

We complete USCIS Form I-9 and employer variations of Form I-9 using the physical form or electronically.

Copy & Fax Services

We offer business services such as printing/copying, scanning, and incoming/outgoing faxes and emails.

Courtesy Closers

We provide closing services for buyers, sellers or both. We assist in refinance signings, reverse mortgage signings, HELOC signings, loan application signings and more.

Our Agents are background screened and certified by NNA to provide a full range of signing services at our local office or remotely.

Marriage Officiant

We provide a full range of services regarding marriage certificates. Whether you just need your marriage license application notarized, a marriage officiant to witness your vows and complete your marriage certificate or a wedding officiant/minister to conduct a full-service ceremony in the presence of your family and friends.
